The Theatre Library Association is excited to launch a new Virtual Talk Series! For our first talk, we are honored to partner with the University of Pittsburgh Library System.
The University of Pittsburgh Library System recently acquired the archive of the late American playwright August Wilson. Come hear from the Archives & Special Collections staff to learn about the acquisition, processing timeline, content, and outreach opportunities for the collection. Dr. Laurence Glasco will also join the discussion to talk about his early use of the August Wilson Archive and its potential impact on future scholarship.
Join us on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 4-5 PM EST / 3-4 PM CST / 1-2 PM PST.
Advance registration is required . After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Zoom meeting. You may email your questions for the Q&A in advance to Francesca Marini by February 17th.
The event will NOT be recorded.
