Richard Rinehart, Director of Digital Media, Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive
Richard Rinehart holds a joint appointment at the University of California, Berkeley, as Director of Digital Media for the Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive, and as Faculty for Digital Media in the Department of Art Practice. Richard manages Archiving the Avant Garde a consortium of five museums and art organizations working to develop professional best practices for documenting and preserving digital and variable media art. Richard is a practicing net.artist whose work was most recently shown in a Seattle exhibition about art and genomics. Richard serves as Board member and net.art curator for New Langton Arts in San Francisco.
